Kindly note, orders are processed at our warehouse Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) within 24-48 hours of the orders being placed. Please take this into consideration when selecting expedited shipping options.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. To track your order, simply enter this number into the tracking website for the delivery provider you selected. This link is also in the email.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to change any order information once your order has been processed. Please ensure the correct shipping information is entered during checkout. If you’re in an office building, please add your company name to avoid your package being sent back to us.

You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

If you discover an error immediately after placing your order, please reach out to us via the contact form and we’ll do our best to help correct the error.

If your package has been stuck in transit for longer than expected, please contact us so we can try to assist with locating the package.

If the package was delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the item should be returned to us. Having this package resent to the correct address will incur additional shipping fees.

In the rare instance that we’re unable to supply an item on your order, rather than delay everything we’ll send all other items and provide a refund for the value of the out of stock item. You’ll be notified of this via email and we’ll let you know the date that the item will be back in stock.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Andalou.com order. If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason you can return your items within 30 days of purchase date for a prompt refund. Your return must include all original items (for example: Get Started Kit must include all 5 minis). The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please include a print-out of your order confirmation email in the box with your return. You are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Andalou Naturals is not responsible for lost or undeliverable return parcels, so please mail your package in an insured / traceable method to this address: Andalou Naturals ATTN: Returns Department, 1470 Cader Lane, Petaluma, CA 94954. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type and will post to your account within 14 days of receiving the return.

You should receive an order confirmation email once you have placed and paid for your order. If you don’t see the email, please check your SPAM or junk folder.

If there is an issue with your order (incomplete or incorrect), please email the following information to [email protected] as soon as possible and we’ll guide you through the replacement process.
